PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE BOOKING:

If you're booking with us for the first time, please book as a consultation first. New clients require a virtual consultation, a completed treatment plan and to have filled out consent forms before treatments can be scheduled. Consultations maybe scheduled between 12pm-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most consultations are free of charge.

For existing clients, if you do not see the area you are treating listed below, please book as "other areas not listed" and we will check your file and make adjustments as needed.

We will follow-up with you shortly to complete your reservation.

When making your appointment, keep your wallet handy. We’ll need a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. This includes consultations too.

In light of COVID we ask you to review and adhere to our Safety First Covid Policies.

Should you have any symptoms of cold, flu or seasonal allergy we ask you to cancel your appointment immediately, if you arrive and we’re unable to do your treatment you will be charged the full service fee.

We know things come up sometimes that may throw a wrench in your plans. We totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, do just keep in mind that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

We’re located just above the staircase on the left hand side of the lobby. If you’re joining us on the weekend or a weekday after 6pm, come on in through the Thurlow entrance. Or, we can buzz you in from the West Pender entrance if you dial 0101 on the keypad.
